By default, subscription fees are billed monthly. The initial invoice will include a one-time implementation fee and the first month’s subscription fee.

The standard contract term for a Wellable subscription is one year with an option to renew annually.
Spouses and family members are welcome to join all Wellable programs, and they receive the same access to technology, content, and user support as employees. Spouses and family members count towards overall user totals in the Essentials and Pro subscriptions and are included in Enterprise subscriptions at no extra cost.
The standard implementation process is four weeks. This timeline includes a two-week registration period leading up to the program launch. Implementation consists of a virtual training and intake survey, followed by a kick-off meeting with a dedicated Customer Success Manager.
