Frequently Asked Questions

You can discuss options for rolling over an à la carte solution into an annual subscription with a Wellness Specialist during a demo.

The technology and access to Wellable Solutions is the same for both options; the only difference is the level of support from a Customer Success Manager ("CSM"). With the full-service option, CSMs are heavily involved in the day-to-day administration of the program. Under the self-directed model, the client is still assigned a dedicated CSM, but they act in more of a support and strategy capacity.

Spouses are welcome to join all Wellable programs, and they receive the same access to technology, content, and user support as employees. Spouses are included in full-service challenges at no extra cost. Spouses and family members count towards overall user totals in self-directed programs.

Wellable can deliver Health Coaching as a standalone solution or incorporate it as a part of a broader wellness program. Pricing is determined based on the number of coaching hours that are purchased. The benefit of committing to a higher number of hours upfront is locking in a lower hourly rate. You can always add more hours if needed.

The standard implementation process is four weeks (from the day of contract signing to the first day of the program launch). This timeline includes a two-week registration period leading up to the program launch. Implementation consists of a virtual training and intake survey, followed by a kick-off meeting with a dedicated CSM.

Wellable offers flexible pricing options that include both per eligible employee and per user account structures. For standalone challenges, self-directed challenges start at a billing minimum of 100 users, and full-service challenges start at a billing minimum of 500 users. There are no user minimums for other à la carte solutions.

Users can contact Wellable Support by emailing support@wellable.co any time, any day of the week. 91% of inquiries are resolved within 1 hour, and Wellable guarantees that all support requests will be addressed within 24 hours.
