The goal of sustainability is to create and maintain an environment where humans and nature can exist in productive harmony. To support individual health and long-term ecological balance, the Sustainability Challenge provides education, health tips, and activities that encourage the practice of healthy, sustainable habits!
To start, participants will learn about sustainability and how their individual choices can have a big impact on the world around them. Each day of the challenge, they will be encouraged to practice a variety Sustainability Activities designed to help humans and nature exist in productive harmony! A four-question Sustainability Myth Buster Quiz provides a fun opportunity to earn extra Wellable Points by uncovering unique sustainability myths and facts.
In an individual-based challenge, for each Sustainability Activity a participant completes they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.
The raffle structure helps stretch a rewards budget for maximum impact by encouraging participation throughout the challenge, as the odds of winning a prize increases with the more Sustainability Activities a participant completes and with the more Wellable Points a participant earns.
In a team-based challenge, for each Sustainability Activity a participant completes they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Winners will be announced weekly, which motivates participants to engage in ongoing healthy habits. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to all members of the top three teams that earn the most Wellable Points.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking distance traveled from walking and running through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually logging these activities in a Wellable User Account.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking other fitness activities, such as yoga, aerobics, and weightlifting, through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually these logging activities in a Wellable User Account.
At the beginning of the challenge, participants receive educational content about sustainability and how to make lifestyle choices that support the well-being of both themselves and the planet. Each day of the challenge, participants earn Wellable Points for engaging in a Sustainability Activity. This Special Activity can be logged once per day during the challenge.
Participants are encouraged to participate in a four-question Sustainability Myth Buster Quiz, designed to provide unique sustainability myths and facts that help participants better understand how their choices can impact the world around them. Wellable Points will automatically be awarded after all four questions of the Sustainability Myth Buster Quiz have been completed.
There is no limit to the number of participants that can be part of a team, so teams can be any size. Wellable recommends creating teams of between four and eight members to ensure the benefits of being part of a team are achieved while maintaining accountability.
Teams are ranked by the average number of Wellable Points for all members of a team. This means that teammates with zero Wellable Points during a challenge will lower the score of the entire team, which is why encouraging your teammates to stay active throughout the challenge is so important.
