In addition to making you feel good, happiness is also deeply connected to personal health and well-being. The Happiness Challenge is a great way help participants take action to feel both happy and healthy.
In addition to providing education about the many benefits of happiness, this four- to six-week challenge offers participants creative ways to generate positivity and happiness during the challenge and beyond!
For each Happy Habit a participant practices, they will be entered into a raffle to win a reward. Grand prizes will also be awarded at the end of the challenge to three participants using a Wellable Points-based raffle where each Wellable Point earned equals one entry into the raffle.

Wellable Points can be earned by tracking distance traveled from walking and running through one of Wellable's partner apps or by manually logging these activities in a Wellable User Account.
